SO SIMPLE!

Swing 10 MPH faster and gain 25 yards!

The Ten Minute Formula for Speed and Distance:

  1. Hold THE SPEED STIK® with either a golf or baseball grip. Allow yourself at least 12" ground clearance when swinging THE SPEED STIK®. Repeated contact with the ground will damage the gauge. The gauge cannot be repaired nor replaced!

  2. The speed gauge will always register the highest speed of each series of swings. View the top of the red foam indicator to determine swing speed. To reset the speed gauge to zero, lightly tap the grip end of THE SPEED STIK® on the top of your shoe.

  3. When swinging, face the speed gauge window in the direction of the forward swing.

  4. CONTINUAL SWINGING is the KEY to increasing swing speed. Speed builds on speed, creating maximum speed, through the SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLE OF MOMENTUM.

  5. Make 7 continual swings with your dominant side. Start slowly, increasing the speed of each swing, reaching maximum speed by the 7th and final swing. Measure the speed of this swing at least once a week.

  6. Make 7 continual swings with your non dominant side (as a switch hitter in baseball). Start slowly, increasing the speed of each swing, reaching maximum speed by the 7th and final swing. Measure this swing speed at least once a week.

  7. Do two sets, once a day. Total swings = 28. Ten minutes, so simple!

  8. FOR THE PRACTICE RANGE - THE FOUR/THREE DRILL.

Make 4 CONTINUAL SPEED STIK swings with your dominant side. Start slowly, increasing the speed of each swing, reaching maximum speed by the 4th and final swing. Choose the club you tee off with and hit 3 balls. Do not rush through the ball hitting part of this drill. Treat each shot as if teeing off on the first hole and watch the flight of each ball through to the end. Do not attempt to make conscious swing corrections or changes during this drill. Allow (trust) THE SPEED STIK® swings to make any necessary corrections for you. Repeat the 4/3 routine three times for a total of 12 SPEED STIK swings and 9 tee shots. BEGIN AND END each one of your practice range sessions with this drill. TEN MINUTES. SO SIMPLE!
